3 years ago, my husband was relocated to Iraq, working for DHL. Now, please don’t ask me why I allowed him to work there, it was his decision and as I have said in my earlier blog posts, we, normally mind our own business especially if it would mean self-worth, or involving the future.
To cut the story short, he was there for a year and within that year, he had no cellphone. I wish he had, but even if he had I’m sure he would need home cell booster. There was no other means of communication except for Skype but it was a very limited time as there are other queued up. Yes, it was a common computer which everyone in that office uses.
He survived without a cellphone though. We survived with Skype. I’m so glad that he is now back in Bahrain.

I am happy to share my adventures as I walk through motherhood and have to do most things on my own while my husband works miles away from us. Turning my passion into a profitable venture is another thing.
Authoring and managing this personal blog developed my social media awareness over the years.
From being an ex-OFW to doing what I am good at in the comfort of my own home – while taking good care of my 3 wonderful kids, I hope that people see me as a great inspiration when it comes to pursuing my passion and turning it into a profitable venture.
A giant leap like this is such a challenging journey but indeed is rewarding. A few bumps along this whole journey did not stop me from being the best version of myself.
