While I Was Sleeping
Published April 11th, 2009 in everything about deye.I didn’t know my daughter was already awake and seated beside me in bed. She woke me up by shaking my arm and said:
Deye : Mama! Mama!
Me : Um? (Half asleep)
Deye: Mama, why your mouth is nakabukas (open) when you’re sleeping? *in a wondering tone*
Me : I don’t know…
Deye : Why you don’t know it’s like this nga o….
Aba’t idinemo pa nga hahahaha!
